All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.

We will exchange items provided they are unworn and in saleable condition. All returned goods must arrive with their original designer packaging. Clothes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery,and to always retain your proof of postage.Goods are returned to Lamees at your own expense.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have a right to cancel your order within an hour if you chose Standard Delivery,but Next Day Delivery it`s only thirty minutes. In order to cancel your order, you must notify us by email . Any refunds authorized will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
